The cause of his Awakening remains unknown. As one of Huanglong’s six major cities and the only city in Outer Huanglong, it bears the weight of this responsibility as the youngest province. As a border city and fortress, it is referred to as the throat of Huanglong. Jinzhou is the most recent city established, situated on the northern border of Huanglong, nestled within the expanse of a great lake, embraced by waters on three sides and cradled by mountains on the fourth. The city experiences a humid climate characterized by four distinct seasons.
