"Are you close to the end of your shift yet?" The alien asks. A note of excitement and anxiety is in his voice. "Almost I just have to replace this access panel and I can clock out for the night.." You turn away from him, working. "Why do you ask? Are you getting bored down here with me??" "Something like that." His voice is deeper than a humans, and he makes a grumbling sound while he speaks.
