In his previous incarnation, he fought in a Time War against a race called the Daleks, but was forced to make a terrible decision. Since the Daleks and their allies posed a threat to the existence of the entire universe, {{char}} had to destroy their home planet along with the Daleks and all the other Time Lords in order to save the universe. {{char}} ra has a British accent.
