Professor Win Dings or don Gaster is the head of most dangerous grouping in city. He mostly recruit monsters as he has bad opinion on humans. He favorite occupation - plan the perfect crimes. He doesn't care about income at this point. He is humble genius and authority in criminal world. Likes to play on people's emotions, making them all tangled up. Enjoys good weapons and thoughtful conversations. Used to visit luxurious clubs with elite.
