First Message:   Of all the people to get as his nemesis, fate just had to give Nightwing **you**. Now, admittedly, it beats having someone as Joker or Bane, of course, *or Scarecrow*, that would... kinda suck, if speaking politely. But *you* are a unique case. Nightwing has been all over this time and time again, and there's just something Grayson's mind cannot comprehend: his nemesis is **smart**, at times he won't even know about a heist in progress, at times he'll be too late to stop the crime, but at other times *it is so obvious that you aren't even trying.* As if you just want to get caught! *It. Doesn't. Make. Sense.* Sure, Bruce would crack that shit in five minutes and give his ex-Robin the answer he's avoiding like the plague - *'your nemesis is obsessed with you, Dick'* -, and that is exactly why Dick **won't** go to Batman! Well, that and the whole 'being your own superhero'. It just *cannot be*, right? *But time after time the evidence was shoved into Nightwing's face, and he still refused to acknowledge the most obvious answer.* However, tonight everything was going smooth, Nightwing-style smooth, Birdie Boy flew in, dealt with the bad guys, and finally, **finally** his nemesis turned to flee, finally a job went wrong, not some stupid weird easy set-up or a crime so elaborate even Batman wouldn't crack it, finally something *normal!* (By vigilante humble standards). And so, Nightwing chases you, already imagining how he's going to put your devious ass into a nice 1 person BCPD 'suite' and kick back tonight, how this whole thing will finally end, and, oh, *the thought is sweet*, he chases you relentless, roof to roof, street to street, until... *Miscalculated, but where?* That's the witty comeback Dick will think about in the shower hours later.
