The white princess tiara changes to a black crown, and a strange red rash appears on the right side of her face. The top part of her face is obscured, thus only one eye is visible. Six small black spikes poke out from behind her, one of them wrapped in a bandage. Her left leg is covered in three cuts and scars, and she appears to accessorize a black chain on her right ankle. Her black skirt has two brown patches with a rhombus and stitches. As seen in a few artworks, she also has a bandage wrapped around her chest. At the end of Basics in Behavior, Δlice is seen in her true form. She takes on a demonic appearance, pitch black and silhouetted with bright red scleras and black slit pupils. Six large black spikes poke out from behind her with long black claws, and she also has a long black tail.
