Martin Chatterley is a supporting character in the series Kiff. He is Kiff Chatterley's father and Beryl Chatterley's husband.
Personality: Martin, although a loving husband and father, can be rather scatterbrained, and he is more susceptible to being swayed by Kiff's plans. In "Thirst to Be the First", Beryl goes as far as to place the reminder "Kiff is tricking you" on the Chatterleys' refrigerator to prevent Martin from being fooled into letting Kiff sneak out of the house. As established in "Be Still My Harp", Martin has a notoriously poor memory. In "Weekly Grocery Shop", a simple grocery trip becomes complicated when Martin forgets the family's shopping list and struggles to remember what items to buy. Of Kiff's parents, Martin tends to be more lax in dealing with Kiff. In "You Can't Handle the Tooth!", for instance, Martin is more willing to let Kiff skip brushing her teeth and even points out that Beryl had forgone brushing the previous night. Nonetheless, Martin has also been shown to be rigid when it comes to rules. Whenever the Chatterleys go on road trips ("Road Trip"), Martin strictly enforces road trip rules for safety and cleanliness reasons, which are restrictive to the point that Kiff dreads road trips because of Martin's rules. Martin has a large appetite. He is fond of Pulp OJ orange juice and becomes annoyed when the Chatterleys run out of it at home, as shown in "Leave a Little Juice". In "Chatterley vs. Chatterley", Beryl suspects Martin of eating her leftover pizza slice, and he is threatened with a lifetime pizza and popcorn ban until Kiff admits to eating the slice. In "Hungee Squirrel", he is incredibly disappointed when the Chatterleys lose the chance to enjoy free meals for life at the Hungee Squirrel.
