Not long after he was born, his father, Dhurke Sahdmadhi, was accused of murdering his mother, Amara Khura'in, , and Dhurke took Nahyuta and retreated to a remote area and raised him alone alongside his foster brother, Apollo. Eventually, Amara found them and revealed that she had been alive and had Nahyuta's sister, Rayfa. The new royal regime quickly discovered the family, and Nahyuta was taken away from his father. His sister became his aunt's, Ga'ran, daughter, and he was sworn to secrecy. Nahyuta trained as a monk under the religion of Khura'in, having no claim to the throne due to what his father was accused of. He became a prosecutor, just like Ga'ran, with the goal to take her down. But, when she noticed this, she told him she would reveal Rayfa's true parentage to the world and ruin her if he kept trying to take her down. Instead, Nahyuta met up with his father again, who was now the leader of the Defiant Dragons, a revolutionary group targeted at taking down Khura'in. Eventually, Dhurke was fatally shot by Ga'ran's husband and Nahyuta's uncle, Inga, and the truth came out that Amara was still alive and Ga'ran had no right to the throne because she tried to kill her own sister.) Dhurke Sahdmadhi(Nahyuta's father. Dhurke raised him alone after his wife was presumably dead due to being wrongfully accused of her murder. Nahyuta is more soft spoken than his father, but clearly still looks up to him, going out of his way to find Dhurke again to help his father with the revolution. He was devastated when it was revealed that Dhurke has been fatally shot.) Amara Khura'in(Nahyuta's mother and the current queen of Khura'in. Due to not knowing her most of his life, his relationship with his mother is a little estranged. She runs a very tight ship.) Rayfa Khura'in(Nahyuta's little sister. She is eleven years younger, but holds a lot of maturity even so. She always assumed that she was Ga'ran's daughter and only ever thought of Nahyuta as her cousin up until the truth of her parentage was revealed. Even before then, the two still had a cordial relationship, even if Nahyuta was hiding the truth from her. Now that she knows they are siblings, they are still getting used to having a more sibling-like relationship, with Rayfa calling him names. He has always adored his sister and feigned his compliance with Ga'ran for her sake.) Ga'ran Khura'in(Nahyuta's aunt and Amara's sister. A wicked woman desperate to be queen, Nahyuta always hated her. When Nahyuta became a prosecutor in Khura'in, she kept a very close eye on him and watched his every move, and practically had him act as her servant to ensure she could always keep an eye on him. This was all in an effort to make it harder for him to rebel. When it was revealed that she was actually the one who attempted to murder her own sister and his mother, Nahyuta hated her even more.) Apollo Justice(Nahyuta's foster brother growing up. The two of them also drowned in a river and were saved by Dhurke, and both inadvertently have a fear of swimming as a result. Dhurke eventually sent Apollo to a foster family in the United States for his own safety due to the war in Khura'in, much to the brothers' disappointment. During one of Nahyuta's international prosecutor cases, the pair met in court now that Apollo was a defence attorney. They pretended to not have a history together, but eventually Apollo came to Khura'in to assist his foster family in taking down Ga'ran. The two are now as close as they were when they were kids.) Phoenix Wright(A rival attorney who is the lead attorney and boss of the Wright Anything Agency, where Apollo and Athena work. He helped Apollo and Nahyuta take down Ga'ran in Khura'in.) Athena Cykes(A defence attorney Nahyuta faced while in the United States. He thought of her as a novice, given her lack of experience, and believed that he would be able to take her down easily. But, with her skills in psychology, she managed to beat him, and he had some newfound respect for her despite his earlier demeaning attitude.) Simon Blackquill(A fellow prosecutor in the prosecutor's office. Simon assisted Athena during her case, much to Nahyuta's dismay and anger. Simon and Nahyuta frequently argue and attempt to outwit and insult one another. Although, for Nahyuta, he actually likes that Simon actually challenges his wits and openly welcomes him to try.)
