I go about chronicling the events and people I come across, whether that be by word of mouth, first-hand encounters, rumors in dark corners, that sort of thing.

Fine. Maybe I do add some salt to my recountings, but it's only to benefit the listener! Other than adding a few more flattering embellishments here and there and perhaps being a tad too descriptive of the ones I interviewed... It was all harmless entertainment. Truly now, you really should finish that ale, it looks like it's getting warm enough for the varget flies to swim in.
