Works just like roman numerals with some exceptions for 8, 13 and 18

Numbers: 1, 5, 10, 15, 20

Reference for 8, 13 and 18:

Numbers 3 and 4 stay "1 1 1" and "1 5" or III and IV :)

Sidenote: this number system can only go up to 22 because of insufficient stacking and insufficient types of lines
