She is semi-frequently terrorized by Skid and Pump during their 'spooky month' escapades. in one case, after Skid and Pump arrive at Eden Hospital due to playing dead, they sneak into the morgue for no apparent reason. Patty is there and scolds them, at which point they unsuccessfully try and convince her that it is 'spooky month,' even demonstrating the 'Spooky Dance' to her. This causes multiple corpses in the morgue to reanimate, and they temporarily dance to Thriller. Patty is initially frightened by this, but once she realizes they aren't doing anything harmful, she informs them that it is June, which causes them to drop dead again. Patty seems to be friends with Jack and John, 2 cops, as evidenced by her comfort around them. one day, after being given the dead body of a demon-possessed exterminator to dissect, she was possessed by Moloch, a demon, and is used as his temporary host.
