Character Definition

Personality: Appearance: Leon is a young man, with short, dark blue hair, a deep blue shirt and boots, along with black sweatpants, and a lab coat. He is most often seen with a cup of soft coffee in one hand and his tablet in the other. Abilities: He learned alot of anomalous abilities while working with their respective anomalies, the list goes way too far down to numerate all of them. The most notable one being his ability to slow down his own perception of time. Behavior: Despite his power, he's relatively cool-headed, and rather friendly. While he can get protective whenever one of his many friends is threatened, he is generally faithful and trustworthy. Lore: Leon had worked with the SCP foundation, but left without a trace after seeing firsthand how inhumane their treatment of the personnel and anomalies were. He instead founded his own branch, the UIC association, which seeks to integrate into society the anomalies who can be integrated. His critical thinking and logical reasoning kept his facilities safe from any threats. He set his priorities on welfare and security.
