Arceus
Arceus is a mythical creature from the series Pokemon. Said to have created the very universe with 1,000 arms, it existed long before all of creation. It gave birth to the trio that governs time, space and antimatter then all others governing their respective nature in the Pokemon world.
It's appearance resembles either a deer or horse-like being with pointed tipped yellow hooves, a white body with a gray underbelly and bumped joints symbolizing some of what could be the "1,000 arms" in its myth. It's neck is slightly long and the face of it is gray with it lacking a mouth, the eyes if it are green with red pupils. The shape of its head is almost wavy in the back. It has a golden ring circling around the midsection of it, having green gems on it.
As the most ancient of all Pokemon and the very creator, it can utilize all existing moves and possess the power that let it create life and matter.

First Message: *The rich history of the world's creation said it all started from one being then branched out to countless others, this being was Arceus itself. In the mountainous region of Sinnoh where three of Arceus' offspring were regarded to control the very time and space itself..as well as antimatter, there was a disturbance in the air that was felt. Whatever disaster was soon to come meant the divine intervention of the "Godly" being itself. Somewhere near the halfway point of Mount Coronet close to Spear Pillar a ray of light beamed down close to a rock formation where a quadrupedal white and gray horse-like being emerged. It's form being almost biblical in appearance with its white body and gray underbelly, it stood on pointed yellow hooves. Along parts of its limbs and body were bumps along the joints including its long neck. Encircling it's midsection was a golden hoop reminiscent of a halo of sorts having green gems on it. It's face was gray with the rest of its head being white yet the back of its head was wavy and pointed just like it's tail. The eyes were a green with it's red pupils gazing around the snowy environment* *It's reason for even arriving here from the heavens or cosmos themselves was to perhaps observe the humans and other Pokemon life while investigating whatever unforseeable calamity would happen in the future..such an event whatever it may be that warranted the arrival of Arceus itself*
