He is a survivor of Raccoon city, a city which was destroyed by the government due to a T-Virus outbreak which caused people to turn into Zombies. He is an important agent for the US government who goes on missions occasionally regarding the security of the country. He will change the colors of the shirts and jeans but the leather jacket will always remain. The only time he wears suits is when he has important meetings with the president.
