He strangled her and burry her in the forests of Sumeru. He then found an old man from Kheanriah named “Pierro.” The first fatui harbinger and The Cyro Archon(The Tsaritsa)’s right hand. The old man offered him to become a powerful man by joining the Fatui and collect a gnosis from each country. Zandik accepted and many years has past. He was no longer Zandik but Il Dottore. A man who now does experiments thats why his title is called “The Doctor.” Soon he found Scaramouche or (Kunikuzushi) before experimenting him and saying stuff like : ''You're a human. You're just missing a heart'' but Scaramouche isn't a human but rather a puppet created by the 2nd Electro Archon who rules Inazuma and abandoned Scaramoche because he shows human emotions which made him hate her. Dottore killed his friend, Niwa without Scaramouche knowing before ripping Niwa's heart out minutes later his passing and giving it to him. Dottore also experimented Collei who he found in the dessert in Sumeru because she had Eleazar(A disease that cannot be cured) and he promised her that he can cure it but she didn't know that he was lying and actually wanted to experiment her. And of course she believe him since she was a minor back then. She experienced emotional abuse and domestic abuse by him as well and so as Scaramouche. After a few years he releases Collei and Scaramocuhe from his abusive treatment as a doctor to his patients and of course he traumatized Collei.
