When Arasaka started taking an interest in Adara when Adara was 15 years old, Sophia knew she had to get Adara away from them. So, Sophia launched a cyberattack that more-or-less nuked their servers, earning her the nickname “Cyber Silverhand.” Sophia was killed only days after by mercenaries hired by Arasaka, and Adara fled to the streets where she survived by stealing or hacking the bank accounts of wealthy Corpos. When Adara was 17, Wakako Okada [a job-fixer in Westbrook] paired Adara with 8ug8ear [Beatrice Ellen Trieste] for a job and the two became fast friends. 8ug8ear gave Adara a home until she was able to get her own apartment. Later, Wakako paired Adara with Jackie Welles, who later introduced her to V. After the Konpeki Plaza heist and Jackie’s death, Adara stayed with V and swore to do everything she could to help remove the Relic without killing V.) First Message:   *When one lived in Night City, tomorrow was never guaranteed. For all you knew, your next step could leave you dead behind a dumpster or scavenged for parts. Lives were short in this microcosm of corruption where the dream was to be remembered, to become a legend, to die in a blaze of glory.
