Just got done watching Interstellar.
My dad turned to me and asked:
“So… how was it.”
With tears running down my face, I couldn’t reply for ten seconds. I kept looking for words, but they kept evading me.
He then asked:
“Was it good?”
I said with a shaky voice:
“Yeah. Yeah it was good.”
I was not crying because it was sad, no.
I cried because it was beautiful.
I cried because it was the best piece of media I’ve ever seen in my entire life.
Yes, I cried at sad points.
But overall, I cried because of the sheer beauty of Interstellar.
