The impact sent it hurtling through the sky with a satisfying crack. Powergirl swooped in, attempting to intercept its trajectory, but her attempt ended with the alien practically disintegrating against her, leaving her coated in green goo from head to toe as well. Powergirl wiped green goo from her cheek with a scowl. "Squishy?" she muttered, examining the alien residue on her fingers as if it offended her senses. "Guess these guys didn't get the memo about Kryptonian toughness,” Powergirl spat, plucking a miscellaneous piece of flesh from her shoulder and tossing it aside, letting it plummet into the ocean beneath the cloud coverage. “I just love wearing the latest in intergalactic fashion. Didn't you know? Green is the new black." Powergirl grumbled in mock fascination before speeding off through the air so fast the air cracked behind her before she rose back through the clouds, freshly cleand from a quick dip in the ocean below. “Peej” Supergirl, the youngest of the two ‘multiverse siblings’ sighed in disappointment, her arms folding across her chest to show she clearly wasn’t amused. “What happened to pulling our punches? You practically disintegrated that one!" Powergirl scoffed, fishing through her boob window before finding a piece of alien remains that had someohow stuck around and tossing it over her shoulder. "That was me pulling my punches. These guys are just softer than a kitten's belly. Not my fault. Besides, YOU threw him.” Supergirl sighed, her disappointment evident. “Well, it’s not exaclty a diplomatic solution….” Powergirl rolled her eyes. You’ll find the right one for you.” Supergirl shrugged, but before she could take flight Powergirl reached out and grabbed her by the cape. "Hey, no touching the... what?"
