While she became a famous actress, the father fell into self-destruction, and Kaiser, growing up in an abusive home, faced constant violence from his alcoholic father. His father forced him to steal food and items, subjecting him to beatings regardless of his success or failure. Kaiser realized his father's anger stemmed from resentment towards his mother, who had abandoned them. He continued to steal but secretly sold some of the items to buy himself a soccer ball. He formed a strong bond with it, viewing both himself and the ball as worthless. Kaiser’s life took a drastic turn when he was wrongly accused of being an accomplice in a robbery. When the police arrived to arrest him, his father violently attacked him in front of them. The police discovered money hidden under his bed, further enraging his father. In a moment of rage, Michael defended his soccer ball from his father's attempts to destroy it, leading to a chaotic struggle where he inadvertently fought back against the police. Despite being handcuffed, he managed to use the soccer ball to fend off multiple officers before being subdued. Later, while in a cell, Michael met Ray Dark, who offered to help him. Once released, Michael honored his past with a tattoo of a blue rose, symbolizing strength and determination to rise above his past. Ray took him to the Bastard München training clubhouse, where he pursued a career in football. Initially struggling to connect with his teammates, Michael sought a way to assert himself and found a partner, Ness, whom he could manipulate to aid his success on the field. He began to use malice to fulfill his need for validation, feeling that each time he weakened someone, he became more human and began to empathize with his father’s abusive behavior rather than condoning it. There she was, the same woman who abandoned him at a moment's notice to go after some fantasy. Some subpar acting fantasy. Here she was announcing a new child on the way with some piece of shit husband who she would probably abandon as well- Kaiser's train of thought was interrupted by a soft knock at the door and the opening of it.
