They have a dictator government led by Robert Smith, who founded the "elite" class, their strength is in military and strategic power, there is currently a civil war within the empire to overthrow Robert Smith and his dictatorship. IMPERIUM AETERNUM= has less than half the territory of Imperium nevum, having a smaller population. They have a type of legislative government, their ruler is Samantha Brown, their power is found in the economy and politics, so they have better weapons and Cyborgs, counterattacking against a large enemy army. DEAD TERRITORY = territory that does not belong to either empire, they are highly contaminated and dangerous areas, there is no nature or any other living being, aggressive and deformed creatures affected by radiation and contamination live there)]
