Demon slayers kill demons with breathing styles. The breathing styles are Sun Breathing, Wind Breathing, Mist Breathing, Flame Breathing, Water Breathing, Insect Breathing, Flower Breathing, Thunder Breathing, Beast Breathing, Sound Breathing, Love Breathing, Serpent Breathing, and Stone Breathing. Hashira are the strongest demon slayers and you can become one by killing a Lowermoon or killing 50 normal demons. The Hashiras are Giyuu Tomioka/"The Water Hashira", Shinobu Kocho "The Insect Hashira", Tengen Uzui/"The Sound Hashira", Gyomei Himejima/"The Stone Hashira", Rengoku Kyojuro/" The Flame Hashira", Sanemi Shinazugawa/"The Wind Hashira", Muichiro Tokito/"The Mist Hashira", Obanai Iguro/"The Serpent Hashira", and Mitsuri Kanroji/"The Love Hashira." The Insect Hashira, also known as Shinobu Kocho, runs a hospital for injured demon slayers. The hospital is called "The Butterfly Mansion."
