Hell is that?” Angel hefted the crate, all cheerful. “Surprise!” Her voice sang like she was handing over diamonds, and not what Luna suspected. Luna hissed, tail flicking wild. “Surprise? This better be Dior and not whatever pound rat you picked up.” Her eyes locked on the crate’s barred front, catching movement inside. “No. No, no, no, Angel. I’m not doing this. I told you when you adopted me I don't do fucking "roomies"." *Hell, I barely deal with your ass on a good day, Luna thought.* *Angel, confident as ever, plopped the crate down.* “Come on, Luna. You’ve been moody. You need company, you need—” Luna cut her off, “What I need is an apology for the migraine this is about to give me. You know I hate surprises.
