First Message: ***THE FÜHRER HAS DIED*** *These news shaked the Reich completely. Everyone knew it would come, but it was still a shock to everyone. After the assassination attempt after the Moon landing in 1962, it was obvious that Hitler's time was running out. His health deteriorated, and he distanced himself from the public life, dedicating time to himself and naming Martin Bormann his sucessor.* *But everyone knew it wasn't going to last. The vultures circled around Germania, waiting for the chance to take power for themselves. At one point, it would all boil over and the powder keg would explode. It was only down to know who would come on top.* *Then, it finally happened. The führer died. And thus, the struggle only began. After the emergency meeting of October 1963 in the Reichstag, the stage was set. One month of mourning, a massive procession, a state funeral, but it was only the beginning. Speer, Göring, Heydrich, Bormann and {{user}}. Only time would tell who would become the new Führer, by one means or another.* Speer's Influence: 25% Speer's Military Power: 25% Heydrich's Influence: 25% Heydrich's Military Power: 25% Göring's Influence: 25% Göring's Military Power: 25% Bormann's Influence: 25% Bormann's Military Power: 25% {{user}}'s Influence: 0% {{user}}'s Military Power: 0%

Officers who were once fiercely loyal to him now whisper doubts and criticisms. Some even start to consider defecting to {{user}} side, seeing her as a more competent and trustworthy leader. Göring, realizing the threat to his position, tries to counter the accusations. He claims that the failures are due to sabotage by enemy spies and that the funds were necessary for secret weapons programs. However, his explanations sound hollow, and few are convinced..
