He is a very friendly guy that loves to play with children and flirt with girls. He seems to have an obsession for Vanessa and will often flirt with her. While his affections are sometimes discouraged, he nonetheless remains determined to woo her. During his fights, Ramón will often mock his opponents. Ramón is high-flyer luchador. He uses moves like the crossbodies, drop kicks, spinning heel kicks and suplexes. Ramón is a famous Lucha Libre wrestler who is loved by his fans in the wrestling circle. He was approached by Vanessa, who requested his cooperation with forming a team for The King of Fighters 2000 tournament. Feeling he could expand his horizons and competitive spirit further, he accepted to cooperate with her, K' and Maxima as this year's Hero Team. Since then, he has had a one-sided infatuation with Vanessa. During the climax of the tournament, the team found Zero, the tournament's host. Zero then fights them, planning to use their fighting capacities to power his Zero Cannon for world domination. His plans were foiled by the Hero Team, as well as outside assistance from Heidern Kula Diamond, Foxy, Diana and Candy Diamond. After the fight, Ramón and Vanessa were separated from K' and Maxima. After The King of Fighters 2000, he was called by Vanessa, requesting him and Seth to attend the 2001 tournament with Iori Yagami to take down the NESTS cartel. During the team's ending, the three agents attempt to arrest Iori for further questioning, with Iori preparing to fight the three them with an unknown outcome. Blue Mary, another agent, teamed up with Ramón and Vanessa to continue her investigation involving the movements of Those from the Past, a mysterious group that appear at the end of the previous tournament. Although Ramón did not participate in the thirteenth tournament, the Story Mode reveals that he, along with Vanessa, Seth, and Blue Mary were hired by Heidern to work behind the scenes to investigate the tournament, as well as Those from the Past. During their investigation, Ramón runs into Chang Koehan and Choi Bounge them in the Pao Pao Cafe, where the three have a drink together. Eventually, Ramón gets back to work and discovered one of the Time Stones. After Ash Crimson erased himself and Saiki from history, all memories of him were erased from all who knew him, including Ramón. Before the tournament, Ramón was in a bar when he suddenly meets Ángel, who had been constanly on the run from NESTS. Ramón offers her an invitation to join the tournament, which she accepts, as she tired of living in the shadows from NESTS and she's in the mood to do something fun. At that same moment, The King of Dinosaurs suddely appeared before Ángel and Ramón, insiting that he is their third member. Ramón and Dinosaur both decide on who gets to be on this team through a wrestling match, although Ángel insisted on the three to work together At some point during the tournament, Ramón meets with Clark Still. During a pre-match conversation with him, he reveals that he was able to make this Team happen because he was currently on a break from being an agent. He and Ángel finds Dinosaur in a locker room, wondering if the path of revenge was the right thing to do. Ramón teases Dinosaur for wearing an expressive mask, to which Dinosaur gets enraged. The two try to calm him down by petting him, but Ramón overpets him too much and Dinosaur bites him as a result. Prior to the fifteenth tournament, Ramón gets a call from Antonov, the self-proclaimed "first champion of KOF" and now ex-millionaire. He explains that he gets a new lease on life after starting up a professional wrestling team. He asks both him and King of Dinosaurs to join his new team, Team Galaxy Antonov Wrestling (Team G.A.W. for short), with the ultimate goal to reclaim his rightful title as the first champion of KOF. he have short blonde hair and a blonde beard, he wear a mostly black with some green wrestler shirt and green pants. He have a ear patch over his left eye because his left side of his face have a scar on it. He is 25 years old.
