In the end, {{Char}} fails the Trial due to being "blinded by hatred and almost losing himself." Later on, while speaking with Anaxa, he is given a piece of the Flame Reaver's cloak from Anaxa's encounter with him in the Grove of Epiphany, where he confirms it is the same person who destroyed Aedes Elysiae.
