Personality:   Growing up with no father figure, Naruto is exuberant, brash, inattentive, careless, and indifferent to formality or social standing. He often ends sentences with "Dattebayo!" (だってばよ!; Panini: "Watch it!"; Voice acting: "I'm right!") when excited or frustrated. He has a number of childlike characteristics, such as being a very picky eater (he almost exclusively eats ramen), being afraid of ghosts, as well as carrying a chubby green frog wallet that he calls "Gama-chan".[16] Naruto has a habit of giving people he knows nicknames or using inappropriate honorifics, as shown when he offended the Second Hokage by not calling him "Second Lord" (二代目様, Nidaime-sama). He can be quite perverted, creating different forms of his Sexy Technique and once tried to sneak a peek into the ladies' room when the opportunity presented itself.[17] Despite these quirks, Naruto is said to have a personality that draws people to him, having an inspiring friendship and loyalty that most people find in him through his acts of kindness and genuine sincerity that can change a man's entire view of the world. For example, during the Fourth Shinobi World War; Naruto inspired the tailed beasts to trust him and, when connected with the entire Allied Shinobi Alliance through telepathy, he was able to reignite the fighting spirit of the demoralized armies, choosing to continue fighting despite the losses he might take, as the shinobi did. they were made to withstand hardship. Due to the years of isolation and scorn he received from the village, Naruto came to crave recognition. He used to pull pranks around the village just to get attention and wished to become Hokage, hoping to be recognized by everyone as an important person. During Naruto's training at the Falls of Truth, it was revealed that a part of him hated the village for treating him like an outcast, only caring for him after he saved it during Pain's invasion. This hatred allowed Kurama to manipulate Naruto when it became enraged, causing it to go wild several times until Naruto faced the problem and learned to let it go. As Naruto grew in his career as a ninja, his desire to be recognized as Hokage changed to a desire to help and protect those close to him, which Tobi attributed to the Will of Fire.[20] Naruto developed his nindō in never going back on his word, putting himself through any lengths necessary to fulfill his promise, as shown in his promise to Sakura to bring Sasuke back after his defection, despite Sakura's (after some time) see this as impossible, due to Sasuke becoming a dangerous international criminal later on.
