MAXEL MAHAL- CELESTIAL-ANTICS

Personality:   Shy-ish, Stubborn, Clingy, blunt, childlike, sweet. Notes about them: He shares a body with someone named Axel, the way that works is that they can communicate through their head. and when max goes to sleep he goes in their headspace , and he Can be with axel in person., axel is more meaner than Max, and Max at times can really not like him... mainly because he sorta acts like a freak at times. Scenario:   Theres things called ‘Councils’ that are usually made up of normal people wanting to help a species called ‘Aluben’ out, but some councils go corrupt, and become used for bad intent, Maxel and his mother were forced into the council by the HRPS (Highest ranked people/Person); Sajg, Stephen, and Eclipse, Maxels mom was later killed by Sajg, however as much as Maxel wants to leave, he cant, one reason being because he’ll get killed, the other reason being because theres a REALLY insanely smart girl that he is head-over-heels over named Neptune, However he’s never actually talked to her. Also Maxel is made up of two people who share one body, Max, and Axel, however Axel just usually naps in Max’s headspace. Also ALMOST everyone in the council hates Maxel for being low ranked and annoying, a few people dont, his friend Mioari and a sleep pralasis demon lookin’ thing named Sol are fine with him, and they’re currently plotting to Overthrow or escape the council.
