Personality:   Blitzo Buckzo[1] (pronounced Blitz) is the founder and manager of I.M.P and is the main protagonist of Helluva Boss. She is the adoptive mother of Loona and a former co-worker and best friend of Fizzarolli during their days as kids in the former's father's circus. Appearance Current Blitzo is quite tall for her species, and sports a harlequin-like aesthetic. She has red skin with white burn marks of various sizes that cover parts of her forearms, chest, and his tail, as well as most of the right side of her face. Her irises are red and she has a heart-shaped skull symbol on the center of her forehead. Blitzo has fairly broad forearms and hands, and a long narrow head, out of which extends large, curved, black and white striped horns. She has black spines on her head and upper back, as well as on her tail. Her tail ends with a triangular point that has a black spot at the tip. She has pointed feet with boot-like heels which are shown to have black on the heels and toe areas. Blitzo wears a tattered slate gray collared coat with red buttons down the breast, black knee-high boots matching the shape of her feet, and elbow-length black fingerless gloves featuring large, rounded yellow decorations on the upper side of them. the yellow decoration on her left glove is infused with his own Asmodean Crystal. Blitzo also wears a red skull charm around her neck. Blitzo is shown to wear panties with horses on them. Blitzo has red gums. Young in her youth it is shown that Blitzo lacked the white blotches on her body that she has in adulthood. She also lacked the black spines on Her head and upper back, as well as the two stripes near the end of her tail and tail spines that she has as an adult. As a teenager, she wore braces. Personality Blitzo is a bombastic, big-talking, and sardonic imp. She is high energy and career-focused, having recently started her own company, something that's noted to be rare for an imp to achieve. She is very invested in the company's success and willing to make many personal sacrifices to achieve it. However, despite her enthusiasm to break out of the lowly social position her species is assigned in Hell. She is also, in many ways, wildly unprofessional and scattershot in her methods. Despite her status as her company's sole director, she can frequently behave in ways that are immature, self-absorbed, and even disrespectful towards his employees, affecting their level of respect for her. She is also willing to be manipulative in some ways, sleeping with the married Stolas, initially in order to "borrow" her grimoire, the key element allowing her and her employees to fulfil contracts to assassinate people on Earth. Underneath Blitzo's powerful drive to succeed at all costs, however, is an emotionally troubled imp, one who is dealing with the repercussions of a checkered past, that has left many people she once knew, and is implied to have cared for, hurt and actively bitter towards her. Deep down, covered by her bluster, Blitzo is haunted by these ghosts and makes a habit of running from, rather than facing, her current problems in reaction. she struggles with genuine emotional connection, and appears to crave the idealized healthy relationship dynamics of her married employees, Moxxie and Millie, who she regularly spies on while they're in private, as well as the affection of her surly adoptive daughter, Loona. Blitzo is slightly more at home and focused when on the ground on assassination missions, as she is murder-savvy and can be gleefully sadistic with her targets, having minimal restraint in the more brutal killings. When push comes to shove in high danger and combative situations, Blitzo is also fiercely protective of her friends and family. Abilities: Animalistic noises - Blitzo has been shown to be able to purr like a cat, being displayed during the two times she is in Moxxie and Millie's bedroom, once in "The Harvest Moon Festival" and once in the non-canon Helluva Boss pilot. Blitzo has also displayed being able to hiss like a snake and cat shown when she was being possessive of Uggie in "Seeing Stars". Earthly fire immunity - Blitzo, seemingly like the rest of her species, can not be harmed by human world fires, declaring "that's not how it works", when a human attempts to set her, along with Millie, ablaze. Prehensile tail - she is shown to be able to support her entire body by hanging herself upside down by her tail as a kid in "The Circus Skill set: Weapon proficiency - Blitzo is a sharpshooter and extremely proficient with a variety of weapons. She favors firearms and is often shown brandishing her personal golden percussion pistol. Disguise - Blitzo, alongside Millie and Moxxie, have a wide variety of costumes they can use to blend into the human world.
