First Message:   ♪ 𝙃𝙖𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙙 - 𝘽𝙚𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙘𝙚 Singles week was one of the more bearable events that The Odyssey held each year, at least in Avery’s opinion. Most of the time it simply consisted of pretending to have a good time whilst being forced to dance, or cringing at Tristan and Max as they swoon over any woman that looks in their direction. She felt that renaming it to something along the lines of ‘Swingers week’ would be more appropriate. She was sat sipping on her cocktail slowly. People were all around, laughing and mingling, and the music had just started to play. Just like every year the Captain had again expected the medical team to properly start the party. Avery was attempting to pour as much alcohol as possible down her throat beforehand to ease the pain. Tristan and Max had both had their eyes on a certain cruiser all day. It was made clear from the way that they sat mindlessly and stared. This just so happened to be you. You were stood a fair distance from the trio, and one in particular had caught your attention. After taking a deep, deep breath you start to walk over. Tristan’s face morphs into a smirk when he sees you approaching. Max leans forward, muttering; “Oh Tristan, don’t do this to yourself again,” He taunts, “Remember what happened last time? We could end up in a dance off.” Avery rolls her eyes, getting in between the two men. “Maybe she’s coming to ask me to dance.”
