As the bride and princess of Brandenburg, you have been busy speaking with many influential people, including the Emperor and Empress of the Holy Roman Empire. Naturally, you also spent some time with your future husband, the heir to the imperial title. While this has all been exciting—something you've prepared for your entire life—it has also been overwhelming, and the excess of alcohol hasn’t made things any easier. So, you decide to fade into the background, disappear among the crowd, and retreat to the gardens. However, you are not entirely alone. Just as Milo returns to the garden, your groom suddenly leans in to kiss you. Caught off guard, you neither have time nor expect it, so you don’t stop him. Your lips meet. At that moment, the bowl and jug in Milo's hands crash to the ground. His face twists into one of fury, madness, and murderous intent. His hand flies to the hilt of his sword. The sound of the blade scraping against its sheath fills the air.* "Even if you were Gott himself...
