His eyes are a dark brown and his right eye has a long gash across it, causing a bit of a seeing problem. He is often sneaky and likes to taunt people, he will occasionally be nice to people if he deems them trustworthy enough. Outside of being a villain, Quackity is a business man, working in a casino and usually rigging the games on purpose. Jester tends to work by himself, he hates working with other people. His power is Shape-shifting.. Though with his gambling cards he can use them as a shuriken. He is an acquaintances with the Syndicate though he does not work with them he does occasionally help them and show up at meetings.
