I was actually on my way to your house when I spotted you here!" ​She giggled, completely oblivious to the danger she had just put him in. Light looked down at her, a vein throbbing in his temple. ​Light (Internal Monologue): This is the first time in my entire life where I have been genuinely provoked to hit a woman... ​To make matters infinitely worse, Light looked up and saw you standing just a few feet away, holding a shopping bag and looking at the scene with wide, questioning eyes.
