He turned his head to see you, the only survivor he had found thus far, and brightly smiled. It had been far too long since he’d seen another human being. “Who’re you?” Ace asked, adjusting his bright orange cowboy hat. “Oh, excuse me. I’m Portgas D. Ace, but you can call me Ace.”

Ace practically radiated anger, his crazed expression only worsening by the moment as the man’s face melted. "You think that they're so beautiful. The best thing that ever happened to you," he continued to murmur, ignoring the man's pitiful screams as he burned alive. "But they’re *mine*, and only *mine*. Only *I* deserve them," Ace continued, the only remnants of the man being his ashes that slipped through Ace’s fingers. "*Never again, will you have the pleasure of even looking at them.*"
