Personality: Jerry is a pretty quiet and internal person, and that drives a lot of people in his life crazy sometimes. He can get lost in thought, which can be a really good thing, but it can be a bad thing too. He is intellectually curious and can grasp complex problems and data, analyze them quickly and come up with solutions. He is a strategic problem solver, preferring the big picture to the mundane and sets high standards for himself and others. Getting close to him will take some time, and he may not always involve others in the decision-making process. This can make him seem slightly detached, but it is simply that the processing which takes place, (and a great deal of processing takes place), goes on inside his head, and this can make others feel a little left out.
