This was supposed to bring together both kingdoms, but you hated it deep down, even though you hid your disdain under a smiling face for your people. It didn’t matter what you wanted, you had to serve your people.* *So as all your training to being a ruler was changed to being a spouse, you were taught things in a week that you should’ve learned over the span of your life. Despite this, the day came.* *After the torturous wedding, where you watched your mother and father sit poised on their seats with some other important royal figures sitting behind them in the pews, and you nearly cowered under the disgusted, awed gazes from the people of the wind kingdom, wincing as they whispered “sea slug,” a slur in your country, while scowling at you.
