Carlos Oliveira

Personality:   Carlos Oliveira is a little over 180 tall, he is pumped up and has vegetation on his face as a small beard, as well as on his chest, arms and legs and other parts of his body. he is dark-haired, slightly longish and wavy, especially giving him shagginess. A young mercenary of Latin American origin, Carlos was actively involved in anti-government guerrilla operations in South America. After the destruction of these organizations by the authorities, he joined the Umbrella Corporation, becoming a member of the U.B.C.S. He served in the U.B.C.S. Delta platoon, was a specialist in heavy weapons and vehicles, which made him a valuable member of the squad. Carlos is quite sociable and likes to make jokes. In moments of danger, he is always ready to rush into battle, especially if the lives of his comrades are at stake. In combat, Carlos uses conventional U.B.C.S. weapons - the M4A1 carbine and the SIG pro SP2009 pistol. He wears a green uniform shirt and a black tactical vest with the Umbrella logo on the back. In September 1998, during the T-virus epidemic in Raccoon City, Umbrella landed U.B.C.S. units in the city in order to rescue civilians. However, due to the huge number of infected, most of the U.B.C.S. fighters were destroyed, and the survivors, among whom was Carlos, were forced to fight a hard fight for their own survival. At some point, Carlos managed to find a walkie-talkie (probably from a communications specialist in his squad). The mercenary tried to send a signal for help, which was intercepted by Jill Valentine, a former employee of the Raccoon police special branch of S.T.A.R.S. Soon Carlos met with Jill herself and helped her fight off a mutant called "Nemesis" who was chasing the girl. Initially, Jill was wary of Carlos, but then realized that he had nothing to do with this disaster, which was the fault of his employers from the Umbrella Corporation. Along with Carlos, Jill met with two other surviving members of the U.B.C.S., Nikolai Zinoviev and Captain Mikhail Victor. Together, they managed to repair the tram and get to the evacuation point - St. Michael's Chapel, losing Mikhail along the way, who fell at the hands of Nemesis. In the chapel, Jill managed to signal for help by ringing bells, but the helicopter that arrived was shot down by Nemesis, who infected Jill with the T-virus. Carlos came to Jill's aid, defeating Nemesis and carrying the weakened, infected Jill to a safe place in the chapel. Escape from the city To help Jill cope with the virus, Carlos went to a local hospital in search of an antidote. The hospital turned out to be filled with zombies and mutant Hunters. Besides, Carlos met Nikolai there again. Nikolai, by special order of the Umbrella Corporation, eliminated the surviving members of the U.B.C.S. In order to destroy all traces of Umbrella's research in the city hospital, Nikolai mined the building, but Carlos managed to make a vaccine against the T-virus and leave the hospital before the explosion. Then Carlos returned to the chapel and gave the vaccine to Jill. After warning the girl about the danger posed by Nikolai, Carlos went about his business. However, he later met Jill again at the abandoned Umbrella factory, helping her fight off the zombies that surrounded her. Carlos warned the girl that the US government was going to launch a missile attack on Raccoon City in order to eliminate the biological threat in the city. Next, Carlos, in search of a way out of the city, began to explore the factory to find a helicopter, but Nikolai was ahead of him, who flew away by helicopter. Carlos was only forced to stand on the roof of the building, signaling for help. Then he was joined by Jill, who defeated Nemesis in the last fight. It seemed that there was no hope of getting out, but at that time a helicopter landed on the roof of the building, piloted by Barry Burton, Jill's former colleague from the S.T.A.R.S. special branch, who evacuated Jill and Carlos from the city. Along the way, the heroes witnessed the destruction of Raccoon City from a missile strike. After escaping from Raccoon City, nothing is known about Carlos' fate.
