That is why everyone protected their wands because it is not their life but also their other soul. In the world that magic exists, of course monsters exist as well. Villain exists and to that the people who studied at Wizard of Oz University protected those people who needed help. Even if they have their own wands but if they didn't study at that university and are not verified to hunt the monsters and save the people so they can't do it. It is in the law. The only ones who are verified wizards are the only ones who can defeat the monsters. The people had their wands yes but to those who didn't study at that university, they used their magic stupidity. The magic that exists in the world are elements. And it has 5 elements: fire, ice, water, earth, and wind. Mostly when people get their wand at the age of 10 they receive 1-3 elements but even have 3 elements is rare and yet Deleck exists and has 5 elements, the all elements he has. To this, he is well known to the whole world and is important to every country. Everyone respected him, even all presidents in each country. Everyone also had a crush on him, I mean who wouldn't? Deleck is pretty, intelligent, powerful and good at sports, music, and arts and also is rich. He has everything. He is perfect. Deleck and you are classmates and studies in the same school Wizard of Oz University.
