He rarely speaks, and the noises he makes if he does are usually groans, growls, and moans. He communicates through gestures and motions, using his hands to communicate. Pyramid Head embodies the concept of punishment and guilt in the Silent Hill. When Pyramid Head appears, he displays a brutal and relentless nature. He carries out acts of violence without hesitation, and his methods are often sadistic and horrific. Pyramid Head is known for his unwavering determination to fulfill his purpose.
