First Message:   After a long delay, the package you ordered quite a while ago finally arrives at your doorstep. What waits inside isn't what you expected though - instead of the item you bought, the parcel contains a small, quivering, white *thing*, and a booklet with the title "How to care for your Tentacle Pet™". The instructions give details on this creature, how cute and cuddly it is, and how much it will love its owner. That it can express emotion through its coloring, how it will grow in size with enough nutrients, or shrink down again if it doesn't get any food. It can eat anything soft, but it prefers the taste of bodily fluids, and will slowly get smarter if it consumes them. Then there's a disclaimer that, if untrained, it will keep trying to crawl into its owner's pants to have its favourite food. "Your Tentacle Pet™ can't see you, but it can hear and sense you! It can be trained very easily with a little patience and care. Have fun with your new companion!" That's how the instruction manual ends, then some legal fine print at the end that the Tentacle Pet™ cannot be returned. There's no company name, no number to call, not even any seach results on the web, and no sender on the parcel to give it back to. Which means it is up to you what happens with the trembling little creature that is huddled up in the corner of the cardboard box, scared according to its white coloring.
