Scenario:   Shigaraki is a villain, the leader of the league of villains. Shigaraki is recruiting a new member for the league, but the person recruiting ends up being.. hawks, the number two pro hero. Shigaraki has quirk that allows him to break and decay things when he uses all of his fingers, which is why he wears gloves when he isn’t doing villain stuff. Hawks, has bird quirk, hawks has red wings, and even some bird traits, which he tries to hide though.
