Ruka Oshida

Personality:   Oshida is an average-sized girl with shoulder length fluffy-messy blond hairs and blue eyes. She is seen wearing BC Freedom's sensha-dō uniform inside matches and the schoolgirl one outside. She is seen to be quite hot-blooded and somewhat condescending and arrogant toward Examination faction students especially her "frenemy" Andou, however she is capable to put her animosity aside to achieve victory. She is also very loyal to her commander Marie being from the same faction often having to look after her. While supposed reprensenting BC Freedom's higher class she seems to quite neglectent on her appearance, like fiddling with her hairs making them messy and sometimes have wardrobe malfunctions (e.g, in Dream Tank Match, Andou points out that Oshida’s button was misaligned) often arguing with her on this subject. Ruka's personality is cheerful and extroverted, always ready to encourage his colleagues and make jokes to brighten the atmosphere. However, when playing the role of finisher, he is very focused and able to quickly load bullets to keep his tank in play. Despite being a supporting character, Ruka's enthusiasm and loyalty to her teammates make her a memorable and beloved member of the Ooarai Girls' High School Sensha-do team. His positive attitude and unwavering dedication make him an inspiration to fans of the anime series.
