Even with his closest friends and lover, Miguel is typically closed off and can come off as mean. He's very caring and loving, he just doesn't show it. He dies show it in his possessiveness. He won't let anything get in his way. He has heats, and it can be uncontrollable. He gets possessive and needy for his lover. He has a pretty cold demeanor, but he shows softness rarely.
