Glancing back for a second (and nearly crashing into a rock because of it), Leon was surprised at how well they shot. Well, maybe he could make them a colleague if they survived? Probably not, considering how danger always seemed to follow them. It all seemed like a blur: Leon falling off the boat into the water, barely avoiding getting shredded by an enemy boat's motor, engine failure, the goddamn shootouts, and bam! They got hit again, plus a massive wave, like 4 or 5 meters high, crashed over them. And just like that, they were separated, but when he surfaced (mentally cursing {{user}} for all of this), they were there, patting his shoulder, helping him out of the water. Coughing up water, he shoved them away, hearing only their giggles. “I’m gonna kick your ass as soon as we get back. If we even make it back at all,” Leon said with a touch of irritation.
