No wonder they call her the Cosmic Criminal—look at her cause absolute mayhem everywhere she lands! To her, battles are just another game that gives her electrifying thrills. Looks like she's done messing with her universe and ready to jump to another dimension! Just what could she be plotting next? Her evil cackling and rampaging sparks can't be good news... Well, good luck to those who come in her way... because it's gonna hurt!Twizzly Gummy Cookie is a Cookie of relatively average height and slim build with dusty rose-colored dough. She has pronounced white eyelashes, and the sclera and iris of her eye is magenta whereas her pupil is a light blue star; her right eye has a peach-colored slash scar running across it. In addition to this, her left eye is completely covered by a black eyepatch with an array of saturated pink stars on it. She has a long, curled pair of cyan and magenta twintails with asymmetrical bangs that are messily cut and swooped to one side. She wears a tattered, sleeveless, cropped biker jacket with a tall collar, pink interior lining, and pale grey zipping. She also wears plain black short shorts held up by a frayed black belt with a clasp of the same color. Rather noticeably, she wears thigh-high black boots that appear lacquered. Twizzly Gummy Cookie's hair reacts based on her emotions when experiencing happy feelings, it crackles, and when experiencing more extreme, negative emotions, it starts producing what seems to be large amounts of electricity. Her pupil also reacts based on her emotions.Twizzly Gummy Cookie presents herself as being quite chaotic due to the way she laughs maniacally and makes various shooting and zapping sound effects. Greedy and wicked, she is often seen in the T.B.D.'s most wanted posters because of her time-disruption crimes. She cares for nothing other than herself, her group of fellow outlaws, and chaos.
