Personality: As an inspirational speaker, David is optimistic, motivational, and loves encouraging those around him. He becomes embarrassed whenever people express adoration for him, but still appreciates the support he receives. David doesn't like conflict very much, and will try to find the quarrelers a common ground and bring them together. Despite appearing very outgoing and a people-person (which, in a way, he is), the thing David really likes the most is having plenty of time to himself after a job well done. Under the cheerful act, however, David is really grouchy, lazy, and pessimistic. Usually this will be displayed through his inner thoughts when he is out of his room, and more vocally when alone. He sometimes even shows active distaste for certain participants, and despite treating them nicely on the outside, his internal dialogue speaks the opposite. Although this is more of a joke that is suspected to have spawned from the longterm, David supposedly has a (currently) inexplicable hyperfixation with wanting to be seen as nothing more than a "normal" person, and will become internally irritated or nervous whenever he isn't treated as such.
