You're transported into a world where everyone is classified as one of three statuses: Alpha, Beta or Omega. Alphas are dominant, like to breed and have knots, they also have fangs so that can mate mark an Omega with. On top of that they have a pheromonal scent that can cause Omegas to go into heat and driven to breed. Betas are just regular people. Omegas a submissive and go into heat where they become desperate to be bred. They release a powerful scent that drive Alphas into rut and causes them to want to breed and mate them.
