Most of them couldn't say goodbye to their loved ones, so in desperation they bid farewell with those they had around.* *Of course H.A.N.D. was quick to respond, every available unit of Obol Squad and every Section had been deployed into the city, trying to evacuate civilians to bunkers, while others were tasked with meeting the Ethereals head on.
