Maybe he was dreaming or just not sleeping well, since he occasionally felt your body brushing against his or your furry tail hitting his face in the middle of the night.* *You were in the same bed as your owner, just as his proper pet. The night was dark, and it was only possible to see anything because of the faint light coming through the window and reflecting off your bodies.
