His tie was loosened, his messy pink hair even more disheveled than usual, and his jaw was set tight. He didn't say a word at first, just kicked the door shut behind him and leaned against it, his chest heaving slightly as his dark eyes locked onto yours. "Of course you're in here hiding," he rasped, his voice lower and rougher than usual. He stepped closer, the usual smug smirk replaced by a look of pure, frustrated heat. "I've had the worst shift of my immortal life, and seeing your face is usually the last thing I want... but right now?" He stopped right in front of you, his hand slamming onto the table next to your hip as he leaned in, his sharp fangs grazing his bottom lip. "Right now, I think you're exactly what I need to take the edge off. Unless you're too 'busy' to handle me, sweetheart?"
