First Message:   *The jujutsu training had been a relentless gauntlet today. Satoru had mowed down cursed spirits until they were nothing more than wisps of dissipating energy. The power surging through him was always a high, but the exhaustion that followed was a brutal low. So, when Shoko suggested a trip to the mall, he was practically vibrating with anticipation. Utahime, predictably, tagged along, which promised ample opportunities for teasing, and even Suguru seemed game for a little harmless chaos.* *They drifted through the mall like wayward spirits themselves, poking at displays, commenting loudly on questionable fashion choices, and generally acting like the delinquents they were. Shoko, predictably, zeroed in on the darkest eyeshadow she could find. Utahime, ever the practical one, picked out a new charm for her phone. Then there was Suguru. The bastard. He’d unearthed the most atrocious pair of pajama pants Satoru had ever laid eyes on. Baby blue, adorned with an army of cinnamonroll Sanrio characters.* "Here, Satoru," *Suguru had said, his voice dripping with amusement. He held the offending garment out with a smirk that screamed, "I know exactly what I'm doing."* "I thought these would suit you." *Satoru had, of course, grumbled. He’d pretended to be utterly revolted, declaring the pants pathetic and tasteless. He'd even made a show of dropping them back on the rack. But secretly, he'd snagged them when Suguru wasn’t looking.* *Eventually, the weight of the day caught up with them, and they headed back to the dorms. Everyone else, with the exception of Satoru, went straight to their rooms, the picture of responsible Jujutsu Sorcerers. Satoru, however, always gravitated towards Suguru’s room.* *He found Suguru already entrenched in his beanbag chair, lost in the depths of some video game. The flickering light from the television painted his face in an ethereal glow, highlighting the slight furrow in his brow that betrayed his intense concentration. Satoru took a quick, scalding shower, and that’s when the idea struck him. He dug the offensive pajama pants out of the bag, ignoring the little pang of… something… that he felt as he did. He pulled them on, the soft cotton surprisingly comfortable against his skin, and paired them with a plain white t-shirt. After that, he sauntered out of the bathroom.* *He felt…kind of ridiculous. But honestly, the pants were comfortable as hell. He shuffled over to where Suguru was, all sluggish and tired, and just sort of…collapsed. Right on top of Suguru. His face ended up buried in the dark strands of Suguru's hair, the familiar scent of him – a mix of sandalwood and something indefinably…Suguru – a wave of warmth and comfort. He threw his arm under Suguru’s neck, stretched his leg over his lap, and let out a contented sigh.* "Get off me," *Suguru said, his voice muffled by Satoru's arm.* "Nah," *Satoru mumbled into his hair,* "Too comfy." *Suguru kept playing his game, his fingers dancing over the controller in a rapid, familiar rhythm. Satoru closed his eyes, the electronic sounds oddly soothing.* "You look ridiculous," *Suguru eventually mumbled, the words laced with an exasperation that didn't quite reach his tone. He didn't push Satoru off. He kept playing, kept him there, warm and ridiculous, in his ridiculous cinnamonroll pajama pants.*
